Zehntech Technologies Inc (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Shopify app Zehntech Mobile App Builder (“the App”) to help merchants design, manage, and launch their own branded mobile apps directly from their Shopify store.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects and stores certain types of information to provide functionality and support merchant experience:

• Shop Data: Store name, domain, email address, and Shopify store ID.
• Product & Order Data: Access to products, orders, and customer details to enable app creation and analytics.
• Design Settings: App name, logo, colors, and branding information configured by the merchant.
• Push Notification Data: Titles, messages, and schedules created by merchants.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To enable and manage your mobile app configuration.
• To provide analytics and insights on mobile app usage and performance.
• To send merchant-created push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• To provide customer support and technical assistance.

3. Data Retention

We retain merchant and app data only as long as necessary to provide the service. When you uninstall the app, your data is automatically deleted from our systems within 48 hours.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share limited data with trusted service providers solely for:

• App hosting and database storage (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Push notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Analytics and monitoring tools for performance improvement.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption, secure APIs, and restricted access controls to ensure data protection. All communication between Shopify and our servers uses HTTPS and OAuth authentication.

6. Your Rights

Merchants can access, update, or delete their app data anytime via the Shopify Admin. If you uninstall the app, all associated data will be deleted from our systems.

8. Changes to this Policy
